Sophomore Springboard Diversity Program
Sophomore Springboard is designed to attract and educate high-achieving, underrepresented candidates, including female, Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American and LGBTQAI students, as well as military veterans and students with disabilities and offer them the opportunity to visit Barclay's New York office and explore career opportunities in Banking and Sales & Trading. During the program, students will take part in business workshops, as well as specialized soft skill training and interview preparation. There will be plenty of opportunities to network with Barclays employees and fellow program participants.
Functions Inside Track Series Diversity Program
Barclays is offering talented, motivated undergraduate juniors an opportunity to visit their New York office and explore career opportunities in their Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit and Risk functions. Following the program, you could potentially leave with a job offer for the summer internship.
ModernGuild Finance Accelerator Diversity Program
Barclays is partnering with ModernGuild to offer ambitious, talented freshmen the chance to participate in an exclusive four-week training program that will help you learn the skills needed for a successful career in investment banking. As a participant, you spend several hours a week in one-on-one virtual training sessions with a coach working on rapid skill-acquisition exercises and networking with Barclays’ professionals.
